I urge you to read this review to help others avoid being overcharged. The fees of 34-35% on purchased products are outrageous compared to the 4-5% charged by others. I invested my entire 401k balance of $35k with the company to open an IRA for Gold, Silver, and Platinum, believing I would see faster value growth than the stock market. As a first-time buyer, I didn't compare other options. After the transaction, my IRA was worth just over $19k. They claimed I agreed to the spread, but their contract wording has left me feeling trapped, just like many others. PLEASE, do not fall for their empty promises. There are better companies out there. Conduct your research carefully; this service is not trustworthy.

The experience with Bill was very good. He's very informative. We received the gold and silver within a week's time. But I was very disappointed in the silver I received. It was black and tarnished. I didn't realize it was going to be handled by 400 people. I wanted to get more silver but if this is condition it'll arrive in I will have to deal with another company.
