I invested my entire 401k balance of $35k with the company to open an IRA for Gold, Silver, and Platinum, believing I would see faster value growth than the stock market. As a first-time buyer, I didn't compare other options. After the transaction, my IRA was worth just over $19k. They claimed I agreed to the spread, but their contract wording has left me feeling trapped, just like many others. PLEASE, do not fall for their empty promises. There are better companies out there. Conduct your research carefully; this service is not trustworthy.
