My misses has been with these for less then a month they decided to over charge her for the first payment when they agreed that there will be a depostit of 29 pounds and going forward would be 209 pounds a month they then went on to take 330 pounds which we did not agree with

We have emailed them loads of times regrading the account and they do not responed they have waited until the time to cancel has gone to then replay to you .

We will be taking legal action to get the sorted as they have said you can no longer be able to cancel

I want everyone to read this and do not go with these 100% a scam

Learn direct you should be ashamed of yourselves, I have requested my refund numerous times since the beginning of January and every email I receive you have had a delay, with all the reviews I am reading with the same problem, you may be taken to the BBC watch dog program, and loose many more customers.
Just do the right thing instead of sending bogus emails and refund my money and the others that have requested a refund, people have to work hard and at the moment you are stealing peoples money.

I’m beyond fuming at the fact that even though life changes, they do not care. Learn Direct is the most money grabbing company ever!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have been no help they never respond and if they do they tell you to use YouTube to learn when I’ve said that I’ve struggled to learn on their platform and I feel I would benefit from a face to face environment they just told me to change courses or they could give my course to a family member instead of actually helping me or giving me my money back which I’ve asked multiple times for my money back but they just don’t bother replying I’ve escalated it to another department and still haven’t had a response the worst decision I’ve made and now I’m out of pocket and still unable to achieve a qualification and I was never told about additional costs when the course was sold to me so I’ve been mis-sold the course aswell AVOID!

All they care about is taking more money from you. During the start of my course, I requested for a cancelation of my course after registering for the course, they refused because they noticed I have logged in once. They used a debt recovery company to torment my life. I had to pay the money on instalment. After completing the payment, I've currently received a message that my access to the course will expire on the 6th of May 2026, or I make an extra payment to extend the course.
All they care about is to sit and think of tactics in which they can take money from you.
I won't advise my enemy to use this company.

I enrolled on an A-level course costing £1,300, which I have now paid in full.

I ensured my balance was cleared before the exam booking deadline and worked intensively to meet the coursework completion requirements once they were clarified to me.

After the deadline passed, I contacted the company to clarify late entry options and requested confirmation of the late fee. I did not receive a timely response.

I have now been informed that the late exam registration fee is £799. I have also been advised that even after paying this amount, there is no guarantee that required practical assessments will be available.

Being asked to pay £799 without written confirmation of guaranteed exam and practical placement is deeply concerning.

Communication throughout this process has been slow and unclear, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of exam registration.

Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this provider to other students.

I am having a horrible experience. There has been no response from the dental faculty and no response from customer service, despite sending several emails and making dozens of calls. I have also been placed on hold for 40 minutes when trying to speak with customer service, with no response and the same repetition each time. Please kindly respond to my email. One year is very valuable for me.
