AWFUL!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have been no help they never respond and if they do they tell you to use YouTube to learn when I’ve said that I’ve struggled to learn on their platform and I feel I would benefit from a face to face environment they just told me to change courses or they could give my course to a family member instead of actually helping me or giving me my money back which I’ve asked multiple times for my money back but they just don’t bother replying I’ve escalated it to another department and still haven’t had a response the worst decision I’ve made and now I’m out of pocket and still unable to achieve a qualification and I was never told about additional costs when the course was sold to me so I’ve been mis-sold the course aswell AVOID!
