I am disappointed with my experience with Learn Direct.
I enrolled in a diploma course expecting proper support and guidance, but I was never assigned a tutor. This made it extremely difficult to progress, as I had no one to turn to for help or feedback. Essentially, I have been paying for a service that was never fully delivered.
Despite this lack of support, they have continued to charge me and have now escalated the situation by involving a debt collection company. I find this completely unfair and unacceptable, especially given that the issue stems from their failure to provide the agreed service.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling. Support is a key part of any learning experience, and unfortunately, this was completely missing for me.
I am still hoping this matter will be resolved fairly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Learn Direct.
