My experience with AIDA has been wonderful all the way around. I have learned so much from this program and met some exceptional people through it. When I found the program through a free Facebook seminar I had been looking at ID jobs but didn't know how to make the transition from teacher to Instructional Designer. This program made it simple to learn the new skills I needed to successfully transition. Cassie, my success advisor has always been so supportive and encouraging. Without AIDA there is no way I would have been able to make my transition so quickly to a new position that is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this program to anyone (especially teachers) looking to make a change and get into the Instructional Design field.
