Not to mention, after completing a course, the modules are still available to me online. All the audio exercise material was actual interviews or phone calls and not scripted. Anytime I had a question or asked to review a transcript I made, she answered and gave me feedback right away. I picked up my first transcript job, and the agency told me, “This transcript looks wonderful!” At that moment, I knew I had done the right thing by taking these refresher courses.
