My experience was great because I had the Zoom classes which were better for me. I am more of a visual learner. I was able to ask questions right then, and it gave the experience of actually being in a classroom. Still to this day, I can call, text or email Linda and she always answers back. She also provided videos to enhance the learning process.I was shown how to complete a transcript from beginning to end by learning each part of a transcript. She covered everything to make sure that you were learning and understanding how to do Legal Transcription. One of the best courses I have ever taken. Thank you Linda.
