I invested in this service for 2 years while developing my course, and now that it's time to upload everything, there's something crucial to know before purchasing: the features are impressive, and the interface is user-friendly. However, the weakest link is the video library. It has turned my smooth progress into a nightmare. My course includes numerous quizzes, each needing a corresponding video, but assigning them due to the video library is a struggle. There's no way to organize the library, no folders, no sorting options, and no search function. All my videos (around 400) are randomly loaded. Despite naming them properly, searching through hundreds of videos is exhausting. Imagine doing this 400 times! It's hours of tiring scrolling due to a lack of basic functionality. I've reached out for help but received no response. I suspect they want users to rely on external storage options that come with additional costs. If you have many videos, take this into account.
