I signed up for their services and submitted all required documents for the initial account verification. They requested my business registration, and I provided a screenshot of my profile, but they rejected it as unacceptable. This is unbelievable. I've been dealing with this for three days, and my account and services are still not set up. The customer support is terrible. I wish to get a refund so I can switch to another provider, as this is impacting my business and wasting my time. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you have the patience to deal with them.
