We placed our first order in 2024 and made an annual payment. In January 2025, they canceled the order and refunded the payment, claiming a mismatch in the company registration. Because they processed the registration in December and refunded it in January, I incurred a tax on a part of the annual payment, resulting in a loss for no reason. Months later, a representative contacted me and offered "6 months of free use" in writing. During a meeting, they tried to reduce it to 3 months, but we settled on 4 months. I asked for additional IP addresses, but they said it wasn't necessary and could be added later. To my surprise, during the free period, no changes were allowed. Even connecting the servers we received was impossible. We couldn't use the system and found serious security vulnerabilities, which we asked to be resolved. I wanted to reach a compromise, but too much time had passed. Since the error was theirs, I requested adjustments, but they refused to refund the unused period. They harassed me with emails, and during a face-to-face meeting, the representative offered a "free" switch due to security issues. After a lengthy process with a more experienced manager, I accepted their offer based on new guidelines. However, while waiting for installation, the solution never materialized, and the situation became unbearable. We started using another provider. Months later, we began receiving invoice emails that were confusing and incorrect. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, they threatened to send the debt to a collection agency if I didn't pay. Instead of correcting their mistakes, they resorted to intimidation. A successful company indeed.
