There seems to be a persistent problem with the finance department. This is the third time I've encountered issues with direct debit. Communication with the company is a lengthy ordeal, as responses take a considerable amount of time. My experience has not been satisfactory; after years of using their services, this has been my worst interaction with the finance side.
