I received a new vehicle through the company on 23rd July. Unfortunately, on 25th July, it experienced a complete breakdown due to automatic transmission failure, requiring dealer repairs. To sum it up, I was without the vehicle for two months while it was being fixed, yet the company refused to provide any compensation and expected me to continue paying the monthly lease, even though I was without the vehicle I was financing! My complaint to the company was dismissed, as they claimed it was an issue between me and the manufacturer, despite it not being my vehicle! Unacceptable service.
