Since I started using this company for the past one to two months, I haven’t had any issues until recently. Two weeks ago, I made a payment in naira to the provided account, but the corresponding pounds were never sent. I contacted customer service, but they have only been giving me copy-and-paste responses with no real solution.I’m extremely frustrated because this payment was meant for my cousin’s school fees, and the school has now deregistered her portal due to the delay. I’m honestly fed up—I don’t understand why a Nigerian company are like this
