Both Alan and Ady arrived on time, were polite, courteous and overall ensured that the move went smoothly.Nothing left behind, everything packed up carefully with no breakages. In addition your men picked up the used boxes very early in the morning a week after again with no problems. All in all I would use again. Many thanks
Great team on both days of our move, super polite, friendly and helpful and very responsive team in the office for booking and sorting out our move. Unavoidable traffic delays held up the team on day 2, but Rob kept us up to date all the way through. Thanks so much for a great experience at a stressful time - would definitely recommend this team.
Both Guys were AMAZING!!!…They were friendly, efficient and packed everthing so carefully. We had NO BREAKAGES of any of our belongings. They labelled all the boxes and were so easy to find our things. I have no regrets at choosing Britannia as our removals company. The communication on the completion day was Brilliant, they called us to update us and arrived just after we got to our new house. I would recommend Britannia to anybody who has to move home as it made us all feel as everything was under control.
The day started off well enough with weather being ok. Team arrived punctually & were very polite. After a few hours it started raining heavily & although they were wet through this did not affect their dedication to the job in hand. There were a few minor issues one of which was the outside light being damaged (not a problem for us as we were replacing it anyway). We would consider using them on future moves
Distinctly average experience. Teams of four to pack on the Wednesday and Thursday. Then two blokes showed up on moving day to move a four bed house. "Where is everyone else?" I asked "Sorry, Fridays are always busy" came the bizarre response. Yes - that's because most people move/complete on a Friday! The team were a nice enough bunch but clearly their management are more concerned with ramming in as many jobs as possible, rather than thinking that maybe less volume, better service and quality of delivery may create a more sustainable business. Smacks of a business model that incentivises the sales teams but the men in the vans end up being thrashed. Don't take on so much work, you end up angering your clients. I was unloading the truck with them, we still finished at 1800. Without me (the client!) - I am not sure they would have got that truck done on time. I cannot now recommend Britannia. Two breakages (one reported, one to report).
