Update to include a response to your reply;I'm saddened that it's quicker to get a reply here than via email. It is however good to know I can return for a full refund. Will you honour refunding my entire order (if I return it all to you) since it was your delay that meant the items were unusable by me in the way I intended? It may be worth you updating your shipping information to reflect how long it will take for items to arrive. You'll note from previous reviews that this is a consistent problem. I order from other companies with long shipping but my expectations are managed at the outset and so it isn't a problem. I chose your site on the basis that you say you can deliver more quickly, which appears not to be the case.I ordered 2 corsets and a skirt for a specific event. I checked the company stated postal times and I had plenty of grace time. The 2 corsets arrived fairly quickly but the skirt has only now arrived, 20 days after I placed my order. The company claim it was out of stock when I ordered and they had to make another. I prompted a few days ago and didn't receive a reply to my email questions, save for a tracking number, which didn't work when I put it in the Royal Mail app. I emailed again and was ignored, but the item has now at least turned up. The items themselves are not bad, but I would never risk ordering from this company again due to poor communication, a failure to deliver items as stated on their website and a returns policy which means I now have items for an event which has since passed (effectively useless to me). It's a shame as the items are nice, but as they're fairly expensive, I'd be expecting more. No doubt the company will reply to me here, reading through other reviews, I would suggest their time would be better spent replying to customers who have emailed them, rather than trying to save face on Trustpilot.
