Two months ago, I reached out to the company to cancel my plan as I would be abroad for a year. I was suggested to switch to a different plan, which I was assured would be similar to my previous plan (fixed monthly fee, unlimited 4G data). Months later, I was charged CHF 39 for the plan change, only to discover that my new plan is actually a pay-per-use plan, which is significantly more expensive than what I was told, even with minimal data usage. Since then, I've spent hours in chatbot loops, unable to connect with a human representative. My SIM card has lost signal, preventing me from calling customer service. I'm stuck with this plan and the company has offered no real assistance. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I hope others are aware of the challenges when dealing with this company.
