However, months later, I was charged CHF 39 for the plan change and later discovered that my new plan is actually pay-per-use, significantly more expensive than I was led to believe, even with minimal data usage. Since then, I've spent countless hours caught in chatbot loops, unable to connect with a human representative. My SIM card no longer receives a signal, preventing me from calling customer service. I am unable to cancel or rectify the plan, and the company has offered no genuine support. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I hope others are aware of the challenges when dealing with this company.

I referred someone through the friend referral program, and they signed up with the company. I waited over 60 days and was told I had earned £20, but despite following their instructions, it's impossible to claim it. It's not worth the effort.
I purchased a SIM card from the company on 25/10/25 for £9.00 monthly for 12 months. The SIM never arrived. I called support in India (no local numbers available), and they promised to send another SIM. By 03/11/25, it still hadn't arrived, so I called again, waited 4 minutes to speak with someone, then was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was cut off without a callback. After another long wait, I was told another SIM would be sent. On 07/11/25, I finally received the SIM, but it didn't work. I called support again, waited, provided my details, and was cut off again. I spoke to a representative who rudely told me to be quiet or he would hang up. I managed to cancel the plan, and he mentioned I would receive £9 back in 5-7 days. I pay instantly, but they take a week to refund! I suggest avoiding this company; they are ineffective and don't provide good service.
Hi. Regarding my previous review, after being informed this morning that my new card details were accepted, I found out my account was canceled tonight due to non-payment. I was upset and called, speaking with a very understanding advisor who explained that the payment had failed. He assisted me over the phone to purchase another product, which is slightly more expensive than my original plan. My payment went through, and I’m still with the company. This has been stressful, as my original card was compromised and canceled shortly before they needed payment. Thanks to the patience of the advisor, everything is resolved, and I've received confirmation emails from both my card provider and the company.
The 5G service is incredibly slow... The plans are decent, but the internet speed is painfully slow even on 5G. Additionally, when I tried to leave, they forced me to stay with them for an additional two months, despite having an indefinite contract. Choose wisely!
The company is dishonest! I ordered a plan for 20 CHF a month, and I never signed anything; cancellation was supposed to be immediate and fee-free. I never used the number because it seemed suspicious, yet I received a bill for 75 CHF, which is 55 CHF more than expected due to their claim of free activation. When I tried to cancel, they insisted I had to pay until September, disregarding my concerns. Avoid this company.
This company engages in scams. I never used their service, yet they generated invoices for over 300 CHF and sent them to a collection agency. When I inquired about the charges, I was told I owed for services I never utilized. Steer clear of this company.
