Two months ago, I reached out to the company to cancel my plan due to an upcoming year abroad. I was advised to switch to another plan, which was presented as being similar to my previous one (fixed monthly cost, unlimited 4G data). However, months later, I was charged CHF 39 for the plan change and later discovered that my new plan is actually pay-per-use, significantly more expensive than I was led to believe, even with minimal data usage. Since then, I've spent countless hours caught in chatbot loops, unable to connect with a human representative. My SIM card no longer receives a signal, preventing me from calling customer service. I am unable to cancel or rectify the plan, and the company has offered no genuine support. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I hope others are aware of the challenges when dealing with this company.
