This is lebara owned by Xfera in Spain. Very different to actual Lebara UK and EU, this spanish company is very incompetent and can't manage to activate or replace sims. The customer service is Spanish but have a 'computer says no' attitude.I placed a bonafide order online. Paid for it and then the Sim didn't work.. fault was Lebara Spain but they couldn't resolve the issue Just told me to not buy online but go to a store and buy a sim. I asked if they would send me a replacement? No.I spent a day on whatsapp, X and then was given the wrong spanish phone number, to be then given another number. Many minutes of roaming calls just to get my money refunded. Awful. LEBARA should remove their licence as it impacts ths brand
