The price was ok and the shipping was free. I purchased the bonus + sim that they have in order to travel a few days to and UK (Europe Included), for a 10€ and everything was supposed to be included (calls and internet). When the sim arrived I activated it and everything was working fine. The day I crossed the border and entered the UK I activated it again and nothing worked. For hours I tried: changing settings but nothing works, to contact them but the only way to do it is calling and I didn't even had phone signal, to change settings again looking through internet when I could find free wifi but nothing worked, I tried to log in in their website to find another ways to solve the problem but suddenly my number phone is not found and when I tried to ask again for the password, in theory an sms had to arrive with a link, until today nothing has arrived after doing it 20 times. I was lucky that I didn't travel alone and my friends had internet and phone signal with their companies. Save your money and a bunch of stress. Do not purchase anything from this company.
