Javier in CS at Lebara ES helped me solve a problem understanding what I needed to do to top-up and get the data allowance I hoped to. When you top-up, in order to get bonus data, you need to take action. This isn't clear on the website (to me at least) so I think that could be better, but through a WhatsApp chat, I got well looked after and now have the data I hoped for at the super low price I paid!
