Don't deal with company. I applied on line for a prepaid sim paid my 7€ for 7gb. Registered the sim on line checked on the online app showing 7gb to use and 0.01€ credit. Started using the gb no problems getting low so I added 15€ credit then showing 15.01€ . As my gb Started dropping so did my credit till both were zero and no Internet was available. Rang up customer services quote my lebara telephone number and they would not talk to me as the number wasn't registered to me.I've been conned by 15€ .Sent email 3 days ago no response at all. Con job this company. Spoke with lebera uk where I have an account nothing they can do totally different company!@
