Awful "service" here in Spain. Ordered a simple for 10 euros which arrived quick enough but that is where the good news ends.What they don't tell you is that you then have to visit a "local shop" to activate it. No mention of this, pre or post order, and the SIM packaging even tells you to just pop it in your phone to enjoy using their services!! W*F?Ok, I thought, I'll find my local store online. No, I won't as all store locator links on the Lebara website are invalid (they still have not explained why).Ok, I'll try online chat. They eventually gave me a place in my village that does not even exist. When I challenged, I was then told any Mobil store... Again, W*F?Have since contacted them via FB and Twitter, with no response other than to PM them, which I've done with no response.I've now spent all today trying g to find out how to activate this garbage, and I'm so fed up, that is exactly where it is going... In the garbage.I'm going out tomorrow and purchasing a SIM card in a store, and it will not be Lebara. I completely advise anyone who is considering using Lebara, to not bother. Do not give them any thought.
