If there was an option for 0 stars, then Lebara wins it hands down.Ordered a SIM online with port-in of my existing number. 11 days later, after wasting days dealing with their abysmal delivery company, it materialised there was no port-in request, despite Customer Services confirming 4 days before that they had this, and my number would be ported within 24-48 hours.Every time I phoned up or used Online Chat I was told something different.Clearly they have no systems in place to run the "business" they purport to run. Worst experience ever with a telco, and none of them are great in Spain. Lebara however, takes the biscuit.SIM binned.
