After applying for a free SIM card (and paying the first month upfront of the tariff) and selecting the option for communications to be in English, I received a text (in Spanish) saying delivery had been attempted but that we weren’t home (we were actually in the garden for the whole day, so would have been a few yards away from a delivery driver). I phoned Lebara to rearrange delivery and spoke to a man who can probably speak English as much as I can Spanish. Long story short he said that they could not rearrange delivery and that I would need to buy a SIM card from the local shop. I asked about the refund of the tariff and he said this would be returned in 2 days. It has now been several weeks and I still cannot get a refund. I’ve now tried WhatsApp and phoning to no avail. Please be aware that this company will be a nightmare if you have issues and don’t speak fluent Spanish!
