I have waited 39 days since I made the purchase on 6 March 2026 on the Leclerc & Co. Watches website under the Buy 1 get 1 free "promotion". For the last 39 days I have tracked and emailed the website asking for updates, but I've been receiving the same response, "it's on its way".
The last update was on the 4PX tracking website was on 16 March 2026. After that, for the next 29 days, the status was and still is "Trajectory stalled". I emailed the website and they said this was due to the current global crisis and fuel shortage issue. They have also said that if the package does not arrive by 14 April I will be refunded.
It is the 14th of April 2026 and I have sent the an email to remind them again that the package has not arrived yet, the status hasn't changed and I want my refund immediately but the only response I received was an email asking for my order number and the last four digits of my card.
Please advise, if this is the proper process of being reimbursed? Because ever since I sent them those details, they have not responded yet.
Representatives of Leclerc &Co. Watches, please respond and refund my money! I am tired of waiting! Thank you!
