Where i start... Since the begining i was excited to get a beatiful watch, but first didnt arrived to my country until 56 days, the worst part isn't that, is that i didnt receive the watch i ordered, i ordered a BLACK CERAMIC LE MANS, and i received a SEIKO watch replica, i don't know what is happening to these people, and also i had to pay fees on import duties, that in the web page says "We cover all import fees and duties, so you will not be required to pay anything upon receiving your order. This applies for all countries around the world." This isnt true.
For my experience i don't recommend it.

I ordered on November 15, and now it's November 30, yet I still haven't received my order. When I contacted the support team, they mentioned the normal delivery time is 3 to 5 days, but it can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. I kept getting the same answer. It's important to clarify this in your advertisements, not just in the shipping policy. Some people, like me, see nice watches and trust the service, only to find ourselves waiting. I finally received my order after 25 days. The quality is average; I would rate it 80% out of 100, but for delivery timing, I would only give 10% out of 100.
These individuals are scammers; do not purchase anything from them. They do not cover import duties, which you have to pay, and then they promise to refund it but only offer store credit instead. The watch arrived a month late, and I had to pay 50% of the total order value in import duties. After waiting for 50 days, they claimed my order was too old for a refund and could only offer store credit. The customer support experience was extremely poor and frustrating.
I ordered "The Date" Watch on August 6, expecting 'Free Priority Shipping (3-5 Days),' but received my order after 25 days on August 31. The watch was shipped from overseas, and the quality is not what I anticipated; it looks cheaper. They advertised covering all import fees, yet I had to pay customs duty upon receiving it.
