If you’re thinking about placing an order with this company, reconsider. Initially, I thought it was just a shipping delay, but I soon realized they are fraudulent. Your order will not arrive, and you won't get a refund. I ordered three watches during a promotional event, and as of today, I still haven't received anything. I've requested a refund multiple times, yet I keep receiving the same response: “We will escalate this to another team.” Nothing changes. They also provided misleading tracking information that does not reflect any actual shipment. I expect a response to this review, but please do not ask me to contact you via email — you already have all the order details.
