If you’re considering an order from this company, think twice. I initially assumed it was a shipping problem, but I soon realized they are fraudulent. Your order will not arrive, and you won’t get a refund. I ordered three watches during a promotional event and still haven't received anything. I've requested a refund multiple times, only to receive the same reply: “We will escalate this to another team.” Yet, nothing changes. They also provided inaccurate tracking information that does not correspond to any real shipment. I expect a response to this review, but please do not ask me to contact you via email — you already have all the order details.
