The support team has not responded to my emails, and there were pricing errors on items. I reached out for assistance, but they were unhelpful. They acknowledged the mispricing but refused to address it. The initial contact has not replied. While the products are good, the customer service is lacking. If this is important to you, consider avoiding purchases from them.
