If this is important to you, consider avoiding purchases from them.
I actually appreciate the products, but the shipping process is problematic. I placed an order on December 28th, and while the payment was processed quickly and the package shipped immediately, it seems stuck in transit. Today is January 8th, and the package hasn't arrived. For comparison, an order from another platform placed the same day arrived much sooner, which highlights the inefficiency.
The customer service response is very slow. I sent a return that was received on December 15th, and while they acknowledged it, the return hasn't been processed yet. I may need to contact my bank for a refund as I'm not getting any assistance from their automated service. I won't be making future purchases.
The refund policy is quite poor. I have attempted multiple times to process a refund, but the portal is non-functional. The customer service is slow and unhelpful, offering refunds through a portal that isn't accessible. They shouldn't advertise refunds if there’s no effective way to process them.
I had been considering the Pro Aqua Zero Long Sleeve Jersey to replace an older item that lost its rain resistance. The goods were dispatched quickly and offered at a 50% discount, which is very reasonable. It fits well and appears to be of good quality. I've only worn it once for a couple of hours, but it was comfortable. I hope it remains robust and effective in water resistance.
