Really disappointing experience with Le Col. I returned a jersey that didn’t fit, only to be told they wouldn’t exchange it because it had been washed. The thing is – I didn’t wash it. It was sent to me like that.So either Le Col sent me a used item from a previous return, or someone at their end washed it before dispatching. Either way, I’ve now been penalised for something I didn’t do. I’ve ended up paying full price for a jersey I can’t wear and can’t return – all because of their mistake.What’s worse, their responses are clearly AI-generated and completely miss the point. No accountability, no real person to speak to, no resolution.Really poor service from a supposedly premium brand. I won’t be buying from them again and recommend you go elsewhere.
