Now, nearly a month has passed and I have received no updates or resolutions. The lack of communication is shocking for a company known for premium products. It's frustrating when a trusted brand fails to address customer concerns. I advise anyone considering their products to be cautious, as you may be ignored if issues arise. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service.
