I Returned a Kone Kettle due to enamel flaking off at the base of the kettle, I was informed at some stage the kettle had been boiled dry, something I had never done but assumed it happened whilst I had a housesitter living in my house whilst I was away on holiday. Despite the damage being caused by boiling it dry and under no obligation to replace it Le Creuset did so anyway which made me a very happy customer. I have several Le Creuset items in my kitchen due to excellent customer service I have received I will be adding to my collection in the future.
Warranty replacement took from October until February. Responses in the meantime non-existent. Second time I have had to replace the pan as well - all round terrible experience
I purchased a non-stick chef's pan, but the coating is peeling off, rendering it unusable. Since December 4th, I have been attempting to reach out to customer service for assistance. I received a generic reply stating that I would receive a response within 15 business days. After following up about four times, I still have not received any further communication.
My recent interaction with customer service has been very unsatisfactory. I purchased a kettle in November 2022 and noticed rust inside during the warranty period. I reached out to the support team on October 29, 2025, to report this issue. After providing all requested information promptly, I was promised a response within 15 working days. Now, nearly a month has passed and I have received no updates or resolutions. The lack of communication is shocking for a company known for premium products. It's frustrating when a trusted brand fails to address customer concerns. I advise anyone considering their products to be cautious, as you may be ignored if issues arise. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service.
I purchased two frying pans for £238, and within three years, both are flaking and food is sticking. When I complained, I was told it was likely my fault for overheating them. Isn’t that what they are designed for? The company only offered a 30% discount on another pan, which is what they were already promoting. This is ridiculous, and I will not buy from them again. Very dissatisfied.
It was great while it lasted. After three years, I noticed hairline cracks in the enamel, which the company claimed wouldn’t be covered by the guarantee due to improper use. I’ve only used it for casseroles, so I’m unsure how this could be the case. You might be better off with a generic version to avoid disappointment.
Four years ago, my wife purchased a complete set of stainless steel cookware. She assured me of the lifetime guarantee. Now, after four years, the Teflon is flaking off. Apparently, the guarantee is invalid without the original receipt. Do receipts even last four years without becoming unreadable? This feels like a total rip-off.
