Ordered through the official website and within seconds of placing order, realised I had it being delivered to my old address (having recently moved that week). Emailed customer support to request a change of delivery address, but no reply (and still not to this day). No one picked up the customer service line phone. Ended up talking on live chat and was told that due to their system they can’t amend or cancel orders or cancel. I was advised the delivery could be “uplifted” which would require a courier delivering it, to then also go back and collect it to then deliver it to the right address. Am waiting to see if this will happen. Poor customer experience, won’t be shopping directly again.
