Veronika of the Le Creuset UK Helpline team has been fantastic. I broke the closing mechanism of my travel mug (for the second time - she had already replaced my mug last year) and I asked if I could buy a lid. She told me that it was not possible but she offered to replace the whole mug. This was such a kind gesture. I have long been a fan of Le Creuset and we have Volcanic coloured items acting as the lead colour factor in our kitchen. My Travel Mug is even more important as I am a bit of a tea pot and take it everywhere with me. It stands out from every other travel mug and is so stylish. Unfortunately I can't afford to keep replacing it and so I was delighted with Veronika's gesture. I'm an even bigger Le Creuset fan now.
