I will NEVER order from the Le Creuset website again. I received a damaged item that I paid $350 for and had an awful time trying to return it. They finally sent return shipping labels and I sent it back, expecting a refund. They acknowledged receipt, but almost a month later they have not refunded my money - and customer service ignores my inquiries. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I am still out $350. I have been buying Le Creuset cookware for 40 years for myself and as gifts. I thought they were a reputable company! This has left such a bad impression. Never again ….
