Worst customer service. (This is a theme here, but doesn't seem to make any difference to the company). I ordered 8 items as a gift for a Christmas delivery. Items arrived in two separate deliveries, three weeks apart, all after Christmas, AND, still waiting for the final shipment of the missing three items. Unable to get the tracking date because Le Creuset hung up on me when I asked for that imformation. Every time I have called the customer service number, the respondent has been cold at best, rude at worst. And with no answers.
