If I could provide a review with no stars or less than no stars, I would. The customer service is atrocious...that is, when you can get them to respond to you at all. I have purchased a number of their pieces - the most expensive one - the dutch oven - began peeling and discoloring in less than two years with just a few uses and handwashing only. First, Le Creuset told me it was my fault - that I had misused the piece, etc (not true). Several times they quoted parts of the warranty that do not appear on their website - I have yet to find a copy of the warranty with those parts. Finally they say are sending me a replacement (as a one-time courtesy), but it has still not arrived (after nearly a month) and they refused to wait to ship until the color I requested was back in stock. This is only of short summary of my bad experience with customer service!I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this company. The products are over the top expensive - which would be fine if the company treated its loyal customers with respect.
