They sent me the wrong item. When I reported this to them they sent me a replacement… of the wrong item AGAIN. When I emailed them again they said that this is normal due to their “handcrafted products”. They literally cannot keep the same narrative in the same email chain. Now they’ve stopped replying to me. I’d expect more from a company that sells products for $$$$. Customer service is trash
