I ordered two bikes the xp4 750 models and received one of the bikes with a rear flat tire. I called customer service who informed me they would send replacement tube and I was responsible for replacing it myself. Now I told them the issue is the nearest bike shop is 80 plus one way and 80 plus back home. This is the first e bike I have purchased and have no idea on how to complete this task without damaging something else on the bike and ruining the 1 yr warranty. Diesel prices are especially high at the moment and to not offer some sort of compensation for their mistake shows bad business etiquette. I would have returned the bike but they wanted to charge me the $125 to ship it back to them. Terrible experience w this company and its customer service.
