They have been the worst customer service company i have ever dealt with . They sent me a bike that was never tested and the breaks did not work . I tried contacting the for 2 weeks with no responce.
Purchased a used trike and found that the axle was bent. I took it to an authorized dealer for repairs at my own cost, only to be informed that this is a common issue with this model. The dealer was told by the company that such repairs are not conducted in the field, and they refused to provide the necessary parts. Essentially, I was left without options. I learned that if I had been the original owner or possessed the original paperwork, they would have replaced the bike. I've previously bought two bikes from them, one new and one used, but I won't do so again! I've never encountered a company that denies their authorized repair personnel the ability to obtain replacement parts for their products. Be cautious with this company; they insist on using authorized dealers for repairs (as they are the only ones allowed to access the parts), yet won't supply those parts to their repair personnel. If your product needs repairs, be prepared to purchase a new one, as they make it nearly impossible to fix their own items!
I ordered 2 bikes The first one had a punctured rear tire tube so i cannot complete the set up. I have not opened the second box. Dissatisfied . I Reached out to Customer Service & They are Mailing a new Tube & a Link to the closest bike shop (20 Miles away) that will do a warranty repair. However this doesn’t make up for lost time. By the time the repair is done i will have lost 3 weeks and it will be December in NY.
I liked the XP Lite so much that I got an XP4 as well so that my daughter and anyone else can ride the park trails with me. It is my primary mode of transportation and so far I haven't had any issues with battery life as it is outstanding. I have the long range versions of both. The headlight on the Lite stopped working but was promptly replaced by an upgrade. No reason to go anywhere else but Lectric for my ebike needs. Present and future. Thank you Team Lectric!!!
I'm riding a x-peak. The bike is meeting all my expectations. I recently rode a different bike while my wife rode mine. I can easily report that my Lectric bike is far superior to the other brand I was borrowing. I have ridden over 1400 miles from March to October and will continue racking up enjoyable time on my x-peak
Bought the XP4 750 step thru in tempest grey. Love it. I’m a 6’1” 65 yr old male in good physical condition. Took delivery in 5 days, well packaged. Easy to assemble. It is very heavy but like to foldable option. I was hesitant to get an e-bike thinking that I wouldn’t get a great workout but I can set on low PAS and high gear and get a good workout. The gearing out the box was a little off, Lectric sent me a video on how to adjust the gears. It was a bit involved but worked well. It is a fun bike to ride.
I've had my Lectric Cargo bike for a year. It worked as intended initially, but god forbid anything happened to it.About 600 miles in I got a flat, everyone was fine, but no traditional bikes shops would even talk to me. I was able to get a mobile repair place to come out and eventually fixed it. Fast forward a month and I got a 'E009' error. Unfortunately the mobile repair shop wouldn't help because it's electrical.Finally if you want to add anything (and I mean anything) to customize your bike Lectric is woefully lacking in options, their delivery times are slow at best and I've actually ended up retro-fitting Tern attachments.So frustrating, do yourself a favor, and don't buy Lectric. If you can buy from a local dealer even if it's an eBike company like Aventon. I will never buy Lectric again
