This is a late review, but I wanted to recognize Conrad, Jordan, Kurtis, and Sterling. All 4 have played a big part in our customer service experience on 2 separate occasions. We went in for a minor bike repair and it was fixed that same day! It was a very busy day, but each of those young gentleman handled the crowd with patience and excellent customer service. We now have a total of 8 friends and family who have purchased Lectric eBikes and are all happy with our individual experiences. We will continue to refer Lectric eBikes to anyone who may be interested in purchasing a new eBike.
