While the overall experience was great, I still have yet to ride my bike. I received it on 4/7. Watched the “first ride” video, connected 3 little wires, charged to battery and NOTHING! Called on 4/9 customer service was superb. They sent out parts right away along with partners that I could take the bike to, to fix, what they thought the issue could be. I received the parts, took it to one of the bike retailers. They were great but after he connected the new parts and again NOTHING. He even checked the battery which he said was good, but the bike was still dead as could be. He said he thinks it may be the “controller“ which is the “brains” of the bike. He said he would send an email to Lectric bikes to let them know. Haven’t heard anything just yet. I’m optimistic and patient. I’m sure they will do everything to take care of me, so that I can ride my bike soon.
