I ordered 2 bikes The first one had a punctured rear tire tube so i cannot complete the set up. I have not opened the second box. Dissatisfied . I Reached out to Customer Service & They are Mailing a new Tube & a Link to the closest bike shop (20 Miles away) that will do a warranty repair. However this doesn’t make up for lost time. By the time the repair is done i will have lost 3 weeks and it will be December in NY.
