This is a very unusual Company as they actually do what they say. Most Companies spout promises about warranty’s but do everything they can to wriggle out of honouring the warranty LED Lenser must be the exception as there is a no quibble guarantee. I have purchased additional torches from them for different purposes and quite frankly won’t go anywhere else.One of my torches broke (headlamp type) however I do use this on a daily basis, a no fuss replacement was sent out the next day. excellent company Thank you Faiza for dealing with this so prompt!!..
