Amazing customer service from Faiza who was so helpful in replacing my husband’s torch because the batteries got stuck. My husband used his Ledlenser torch daily to walk our dog at night - he loved it because it was so bright and great quality.My first point of contact at Ledlenser was with Faiza who was so helpful and kindly replaced the faulty one - my husband was delighted!!!

This is a very unusual Company as they actually do what they say. Most Companies spout promises about warranty’s but do everything they can to wriggle out of honouring the warranty LED Lenser must be the exception as there is a no quibble guarantee. I have purchased additional torches from them for different purposes and quite frankly won’t go anywhere else.One of my torches broke (headlamp type) however I do use this on a daily basis, a no fuss replacement was sent out the next day. excellent company Thank you Faiza for dealing with this so prompt!!..
LED Lenser answered my warranty issue precisely, and issued me with a replacement torch, with no quibble. When I called their helpline, I got straight through to a led lenser operative who was knowledgeable and helpful. A very refreshing consumer experience.
