Spent over 3 hours selecting Gplan sofas for comfort but the one that arrived was unfit for purpose. It was hard uncomfortable and didn't even look high quality. I am insisting my money back but leekes are being very uncooperative. I would not recommend them in future particularly the soft furnishing. Customer care is extremely poor
