This was our initial purchase from the company, and we visited the new store on opening day to buy a dining room table and chairs. The service was outstanding, but after reviewing our order upon leaving, we discovered it was incorrect! We returned, and the issue was resolved without any hassle. Initially, we were told delivery would take just 3 weeks, which was great, but unfortunately, the day before delivery, we were informed that our order wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas. This was a problem since we had already sold our current dining table! When we went back to discuss this, the Store Manager promptly offered us a loan set until ours was ready. Then last week, we received a call saying our order was ready for delivery, which was wonderful news. On delivery day, the communication from the delivery team was excellent, and the professionalism of the team was commendable, so a big thank you to the representatives. Overall, despite a few hiccups with the order and delivery, the customer service was exceptional. Well done to the company; we will certainly return for future purchases.
